About

Advice you can hand straight to a developer.

We do not build software. We work out what should be automated and write the plan for it, so the people who do build have something worth building from.

    Our philosophy

    How we work

Four principles that decide what we take on, how we price it, and what we hand back.

    We automate the boring part

The judgment stays with your people. What leaves is the copying, the chasing, and the checking that nobody was hired to do.

We will talk you out of it

If a process is too volatile or too low-volume to be worth automating, we say so. A consult that ends in "do not build this" has done its job.

We do not build it, and that is the point

We write the implementation plan. Your team or your build partner executes it. Nobody is quoting you a build while advising you on whether to build.

A plan someone can actually build from

Specific enough to hand to a developer on Monday: the process, the sequence, the systems it touches, the failure cases, and a realistic cost.
